Healthy respect for all faculty, work culture is driven by support to all students. As a teacher, it is very fulfilling as every student has to be given attention. Very rewarding though, when students achieve so much and parents are so grateful.

Dislikes

Work does get a little hectic, but no unnecessary stress or politics. Very fair to all. Extremely good infrastructure and support by management. Good salaries and always paid on time.

Ascentria is the best place ever to work. Work-Life balance is Amazing, which was something I never experienced in the Institutes I worked before. Salary is paid on time. A complete apolitical working environment with highly professional co-workers and an understanding Managing director. Her Management skills are amazing and the results are genuine. Truly blessed to be a part of this Institute.

I liked the way of freedom given to a teacher to teach in his/her way to build the concept understanding and to make planning for the respective subjects. The over all work culture is good to work smoothly and friendly over there.

Dislikes

I wish if dedicated, hardworking and desirable employees would be given a proper value and credit, then I don't think there would be any dislikings for this institute.
