Salary on time. Hiran Sir, Vikash Sir, Sujeet Sir and Narasimhan Sir Help me a lot and I've learnt lot of things to them.

I've worked 10 months for Ascentis in two projects at the same time without taking a single day of leave, yes I've worked over 300 days without any Off. I was always on duty 24X7. Basically I was appoint ther as a Document Controller, but actually I was working on Site as a Office Boy, Security Guard, Courier Boy, Store Keeper, Store Manager, Cleark, Site Safety Officer, Site Supervisor, Local Purchaser. I was Responsibley doing all these duties just because of they take me on next project, but they left me like a Site Dog thorw me like a used Teesu Paper... Thank You Ascentis.

Ascentis purely is good company if you are looking to grow your career in Hospitality construction and this is something like open university in Hospitality where you will get everything .

It is my pleasure to work with my team where sharing of knowledge, decision making is easy. All The team members are supportive & cooperated each other.

Job security is very limited. Also KPI policies are not up to the mark.

Nothing is there to like in this organisation. Some good projects has been leading by some non-technical persons which leads to disturbance in the projects.

Dislikes

HR is very weak in this organisation. The job responsibilities of HR is not properly incorporated. No employee has been facilitate with the HR policy. Overall the company is very much communal in mentality. Really a very bad experience to go through.
