Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing,Because the company changes management every year There is no job security as they send any time termination letter as they told at that time we already mentioned on offer letter and after confirmation letter they do the same

System n overall management they are always active and work as per planned so I think they have good mentor for management n supportive staff as well.. I work here n still I m working not pressure any managers n office u have to complete numbers as given monthly so no anyone can dislikes you ..
