Nothing was great and now also. Numerous of people resign within 5-6 months.

... processing also harass you by calling there known person on other organisation. They also hold salary if they want enjoyment. Senior management should connect with ex employees. As current employes never speak anything about manager.

On-time salary Freshers can learn excel well I can say since so many things will be manual!

Dislikes

Management will expect you to work day and night, they don't care! (negative work-life balance). Policies are not good. Training will not be provided properly. Only a few managers are supportive (employees are lucky to have them). Even for the executive level 2 months notice period, because of this, we might lose so many good opportunities.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... letter by decreasing my in hand amount which was affecting my monthly expenses. We had a discussion one month before regarding my expected salary still they have given me false offer. False Commitment to employees.

we can improve our skills and will get knowledge about end to end payroll here because they will allot so many clients to employee

... is very high even employee need to work 12-14 hours per day @peak payroll time. but they will paid very less compensation to employees and always they are trying to deduct our performance bonus.
