Only they give salary on time

Dislikes

1- asking to work on Saturday and they don’t pay 2- baised company they do not promote the talent . Promotions are on the basis of relationship 3- NO work life balance 4- frequent change in structure and all and many more things 5- company senior people are not clear what is the company vision every 6 months vision changes

Remote flexibility if you are decent performer.

Dislikes

Salary, Incentives, Appraisal are very very poorly structured. Promotion is laughable. If you’re into recruitment, there are much better organisations. The parent firm Collabera had a great culture. Here, there’s no diversity, everyone from Delivery is from a certain state. Regular show of how great the company is the culture is, internally it’s all shallow.

Extreme work load Treates employee like slave Justification for EL and on the other hand HR boasts themself outside as they care about employees and promote to take EL bla, bla.... total shitt No work life balance 10 hours shift and though official timing is 9 to 7 but you cannot leave before 7.15 and on saturday though having holiday managers asks you to come to office without extra pay and questions you on sunday leave

-> Ascendion planning to start a hybrid work mode for all employees. -> There are not many benefits apart from on-time salary and WFH. It is disappointing that I joined Ascendion only for Work-from-home flexibility rejecting all other higher-pay offers. Now they are calling for hybrid work.
