Dislikes

1- asking to work on Saturday and they don’t pay 2- baised company they do not promote the talent . Promotions are on the basis of relationship 3- NO work life balance 4- frequent change in structure and all and many more things 5- company senior people are not clear what is the company vision every 6 months vision changes

This company don’t care about their employees, there is a flood from 5 days in all the areas, still they want there employees to come office and work.
