Management is worst and the pathetic thing is HR's follow management and wont bother about employee issues a big wrong step joining here ... if you're in a worst case scenario and you don't have chance rather than this then join here. But get out of here as soon as possible before they ruin your personal and professional career.

One of the worst companies i have worked for. work culture is very bad and US reporting managers were so pathetic. Funniest part is HR runs the organisation and there are bunch of HR's who does nothing coming to office with full attitude, zero interaction with employees and they don't even care about employees concerns. Not sure why they were hired. Very very weak management and this has to be improved or else you will start losing your employees. Whenever employee leaves HR's dont even bother asking the reason for quitting then what is the point in having waste HR's. In Companies like Ascena Politics win technology loses and this is what is happening from a long time and continue happening so until and unless we see few US top heads rolling out. Altogether worst experience in Ascena but good experience in Life. :-)

There are no likes about Ascena. Nothing is good here. If you really want to grow in professional life never ever join this company.
