Salary on time. Standard leave policy. The retired old moths are sucking up the blood of this organization and don't allow the young mid level professionals to settle down. The CEO, product heads are all retired bed bugs. If not dying of hunger, I won't suggest anyone to join this organisation till the old scorpions are there.

Option given for work from home. Salary deduction for indefinite time for the 8LPA and above. 30% max cutting that too without any statement on paper.

Dislikes

Bunch of idiots at the Management and VP n GM levels. The latest President & CEO is a real dumbo. The HR manager has know knowledge apart for time-pass. Lots of politics at 2 divisions (Locks and Broadband . Beware of these people SKD, KM KMK, SN, Pakshiraj (Dumbo).

No work to do . Good place for time pass as most of doing same .

SKD dumb person with no vision . Also create fake bill and earn by them and motivate other employee to do the same .He only deserve abusing word . Many time he let go Bussiness and take money from vendor .

No growth opportunity. No skill development. Lots of politics. Bunch of idiots at the top level, even after the retirement age they are in the company and enjoying perks.
