...period then you will get appreciation. Team also helps in achieving your target. If i talk about salary then they gave less amount to fresher and if you have experience in this field then you will get good package.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours strainght in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an infividuals’ unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation calls from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

There is No any policies, from HR, No SOP, daily changing rules without any information to employees, there no any work culture here, and more importantly here No one is experienced in his field which he is handling the department. When boss don't know about the products than how he will guide his team to achieve the tasks.
