...rk life balance, everyday you need to work minimum 14 hours. 2) No Sunday off. 3) Salary not getting clear when you leave the company. 4) Site management is not proper. 5) No proper facilities as shown by limited company, ltd is only for show 6) Take advantage for freshers civil students by giving only 10k salary. 7) No increment for every year & no growth. 8) maximum life in this company for 90% people is only 6 months to 1 year before that employee left the company. 9) Mentally & physical harrasment by site management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... not supportive and the management is not good. This management is one man army. Company policies are not good, appraisal are not fair and they give lollypop about salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The HR policies are very bad after resigned full and final settlement cannot given fully. On the job training is not given to new employees.

only good thing was when I was in directly in contact with CEO sir. I had freedom of work and did great work.

Worst working experience overall. Hr department is hopeless ,they don't even care about there employees.top and mid management is not interested to carry out work. During start of covid pandemic HR department refused to take calls. And left all staff on themselves to survive.

They are the one of developing company and if they survey in the competitive market they have job security, and carrier growth

Dislike means they in developing stage so not much expectation in my department can't fulfil
