Just company gained benefits of covid-19 , even they not paid full salary of March 2020. And only 20% of subsequent months and fired me and many other less paid employee to save jobs of highly paid and less working people due to internal politics and syndicates. Management to not going to understand new style of business they are working on 18th centuries style .Just push marketing and less service. No one going to listen for customer grievances . Just only grouping and politics . Bad place to work who realy want to work . Those people can service who know how to buttering and making fool . If you realy want to work , my suggestion is don't go there , no one will support you just all are going to find a clue to pull your legs .

1.Very lethargic system, no support , everything is left on you to struggle by yourself, huge middle to fight along and politics is also an integral part of it 2.no appreciation 3.unorganised mechanism of working

Overall i had a new expirience in learning about the new products and how to handle customer services in right manner from the day i enrolled myself with Arvind specially in making a good relationship with potential customers.

when it comes to salary and incentive structure i am not that happy, and growth is not at all to be expected. One thing that bother me most is the working inviroment,when manager does a play a partiality politics internally without even a prior notice i get upset.

...e very honest and very much approachable. Appraisal process is very transparent. Pay package is one of the best in industry.

Since the work environment is so good people at top usually don't quit and this makes it difficult to get a promotion. At times business heads or HR misuse their power, although it's rare but still brutal at times.

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

It is very rare that every person gets salary according to his capability. Salary should be given as per the capability of the person and the most important thing is that skill matters.
