The negative point in this company is the staff. Staff is not co operative. HR(Mr. Pankaj) & Plant head(Mr. Bhim Som) are big politician. They only wants their own manpower. Very terrible situaion.

I joined this co. as Plant head. They were in deep trouble with Maruti. I enjoyed my work as there was a lot to improve and that is what I did.

Dislikes

The owners run very stingy in investing> Some very wrong decisions by the management and I preffered to leave.
