the team mates was good, training was awesome, salary was not expected, learnt so many things like excel, PPT, roaster and week offs, WFM work, improved the english skills, call handling and chat, email handling also etc..

...eader (reena jain) & the rest of people are good. They are helpful & supportive.salary was less that's not much. For the fresher it was good & they can make their career.

I worked in British airways process , it was very good as a point of learning and working such a big airline but Arvato as a company is poor ...cheap ...

... culture. So many things to learn. Secured job. Multiple internal opportunities. Good salary and growth. All facilities eg. food, cabs, internet, parties. Life is amazing at arvato

There is a lot!! Which I didn't like, but my boss was very supportive. Even I was top performer, still laid off in Camprasion to the non prefomer.
