*Bond. *1st month salary hold till 1 year for joining. *2 month double deduction of notice period on F&F. *Low increment. *Lengthy work process due to double working on double system.

The locality and area where company is located is good, Indore is not much costlier i.e. it is cheap and nice.

Dislikes

...t here people leaving job because of them i.e they are not supportive at all. 5. They hire freshers, make them work for several months and during the time of salary hike they terminate them. 6. No canteen facility.

There are Only few things which you will like in appalto like job security , salery will be on time , and work life balance that's all.

Dislikes

Poor career growth , no skill development , increment will be there just for name , poor culture, not employee friendly, too much of descipline , and if you are a fresher I strongly advise go if you want to destroy your career.

It's a very good for learning about the electronics and about the future I worked there but I resigned some personal issues.In future I want to the part of this best company.
