U will not get salary at right time committed time. not getting ful & final after registration duty hour always extended. & Company bus never leave company at right time but always reached company right time. So avoid the opportunity of this company.

Maybe the founder Dr. O.P. Sharma for establishing an organisation with a strong vision for growth, along with few individuals from plant side who truly understands the importance of professional behaviour.

Working at Makin Laboratories was one of the worst experiences ever. The managers, HR, and overall management have no idea how to behave or treat employees with basic respect. They run the company like some outdated, "lala company" where employees are expected to sacrifice everything- your life, peace, family like everything. If you have a family emergency and need leave, they outright deny it. Worse the MD might call you directly and say something ridiculous like, "Show me proof on video call". It's beyond disrespectful. The pressure is insane- there's no time to breathe, no work-life balance, nothing. The female MD randomly gives humiliating lectures on things like how to use the toilets. If someone actually knows how to lead or be a team player, the management ensures they don't stay- they push them out through their toxic behaviour. The MD's abusive language crosses all limits, making comments about families and upbringing. It's unacceptable. You have hired humans; you need to treat them with dignity. Thankfully, some of us managed to leave, but for anyone considering joining, be warned. Don't let this place ruin your expectations or career. To Makin Laboratories: Fix your toxic culture before you lose every shred of respect. To HR's: You are hired to make the culture positive not to adapt their culture and start behave like them.

As a pharmacy student, I learn a lot about neutral and herbal products and in-process associated with it. I got a good working exposure.

Sometimes Head of the department are rude specially when you are not getting PO, never have ben rude to me though but I just witnessed it a lot of times.
