Nothing to like apart from the fact they pay salary on time if your salary is not stopped by mgmt. (which happens every month).

Dislikes

No work life balance, no job security, abusive, harrasing culture. You will be abused and made to feel like crap every step. Even if you are doing things right. Management(owner) thinks she is a market leader and know it all. She even steals your leads.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive but management is not transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary decent but carrier growths very slow. on the job training is not given to new joinees

Greedy money grabbing promoters. Do not pay sales incentives, excessive pricing, have no vision and do not care about people working for them as long as they can buy their luxury cars.
