...as no background in Risk sciences. Still was able to grad over a crores package. Salary sometimes come on time and sometimes get delayed by 10 days. Some days it feels like our job is secure since the company is doing well and some days it feels like job is gone. No stability. Anything can happen anytime.

I would like to say that what happens in the office is very wrong for the company’s reputation. There is one person, Tanmay Talwar, who is an employee, and he is having an affair with someone from the HR team. Then there is a junior woman, Vinita Devi, who doesn’t know how to talk properly but tries to teach others manners. Her own affair is with a married man, who has a child, and his name is Brajesh Chaudhary. And Abhay Gera, who is the VP, encourages such people. This office would be fine even without them; Tanmay Talwar himself is rarely in the office, he’s barely around all day. I think he has practically become the son-in-law of the organization; he hires whoever he wants, and only his people get hired. And they expect all the juniors to be in the office." This kind of behavior creates a toxic environment, and I believe it is essential for the company to address these issues and ensure that such conduct is not tolerated. It would be helpful to remove individuals who contribute to this negative culture, in order to promote a healthier, more professional atmosphere."

Very useless company, please no one should join, there is no mission or vision, the work culture of this company is very poor, first they hire employees from other states, then immediately send them away saying that the project is over, the management level is very bad, please do not join, there is no value for employees here, these people do not have money even for 1 month to look after the employees, to retain them and the seniors do not have any mind or do not use their brain, if the employees say something about any employee then they believe his words and behave badly with him, last request, please do not let any good employee join here, after joining here there is just depression Or else time will be wasted and career path will be ruined.

The Compnay dont have vision , they kepps on cleating the shell companies inside and shut down them so that they can fire the employes

In the middle of project they will ask you to leave the company and they have done quite few times in past with different employes , dont apply and join , NO job safty
