Get a feedback from other companies about their company before joining. I have learnt about the industry overall but nothing more than that. I could have easily watched a youtube video or went to seminar rather than joining Arthan.

Dislikes

Save yourself from the trouble. There is no job security. In any meeting they would ask you to leave even if they make you feel that you are on a right track. Their competitors are doing way better. It is a sinking ship
