Job is secure for people belonging to Dhampur, coz directors are from dhampur.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Employees attitude towards new comer especially girls is unhealthy. Director will not support you regarding anything agst the dhampuriya's. Female staff is horrible, they will not support females in any sort of trouble you are in. Lack of career growth, it is a stagnant environment.
