Job is secure for people belonging to Dhampur, coz directors are from dhampur.

Dislikes

Employees attitude towards new comer especially girls is unhealthy. Director will not support you regarding anything agst the dhampuriya's. Female staff is horrible, they will not support females in any sort of trouble you are in. Lack of career growth, it is a stagnant environment.

Work Details

I was hired as an Ea but did not let me perform my duties as an EA due to overburden politics. Some people is there to make your life hell.
