New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Almost Nothing to like about except the working hours at the client side.

...l use the contract employees for their favour and EOD they will kick them out. No one will support you in back if you are working as contract employees… if you ask salary hike they you will be blackmailed saying stupid reason like recession if you force then you will be terminated. When they want to remove you then they will say there is recession but CEO of Capgemini is posting in LinkedIn Capgemini earned 700+ crores of profit… really spoiled my life joining this company

...ompany tools or even the role I will be taking on behalf of them with Capgemini. They don't pay you in time, after you quit their organisation you'll have to wait for three months for final settlement.

The HR team is always busy, they don't attend calls, respond to mails. They don't pay you in time, they will ask you to oblige to whatever their clients ask us to do. They don't pay according to the work you do.
