Yes but for few days, after that you can suffer a lot, they gave you salary, apart from that no growth

Dislikes

They didn't give salary hike every year, I worked there for three years but I got once hike of 5%,dont join this company, higher level get money, they are very fraud higher level in Bangalore special they earn more money from fraud things like they deployed less manpower and billed more, when they caught they blame security officers so.

Dislikes

... for over two months which could have been effectively got over within 2-3 days. Repeated phone calls and emails requesting for salary slip and will be provided once in two or three months despite intense followup.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
