Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only office floor interior is good...and salary credited in time

Dislikes

There ar no career growth as well as no salary growth...they hike salary only two and three digits, and there is 2 month notice period....and the horrible part is there CTC calculation, and bad work culture.

Helpful coworkers.

Dislikes

Very poor HR policy. Please guide her providing the proper knowledge of the subject Human Resource. She sets a worng image as well as examples of HR policies by her daily routine. She has been noticed watching web series, movies , video calling, scrolling in Facebook etc. by the other employees during her duty hours.
