The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to certain third party floor audits especially to Forevermark and BPP..

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high, sometime, i have to work 10 - 15 hours straight in a day as i have to finish work load in the evening and sometime late into the night. I am senior in my field so business owner do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times . i do received appreciation from employees and subordinates , but they mostly go unnoticed of my works, also there is no-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them stap-by-stap, which is a pain sometime

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
