I like it was big playschool area for the little once. Besides that noting . Its all political the school runs under speculation. Bunch of old woman gossip and talking about each other.

I like that I was forced on my task . Even though I was never as a never enough good employee for the school. Just because I told I won't be able to sing the Hindu prayer song . They removed out of the job. Just because I'm an introvert

Likes

I like the school's environment in terms of learning, mutual understanding and respect. The school is one of the most unique in India. Simple uniform, no need to buy books, cover, waste segregation and management, organic farming as a part of academic curriculum, all ate just unique.

Dislikes

Working hybrid through the school's portal for each and everything.

Arsha vidya mandir has an amazing work life balance. Gives creative space for working and they adhere to their philosophy. They also provide continuous professional development course on a regular basis.

There is a lot of politics among the teammates .
