Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing here to like its not a tech company its a key shop...

Dislikes

Very less salary No culture You will laid be off within weeks of joining and you can be laid off if there is no project Dont even have a coffee machine And there is nothing they just already bought tenplate Your feedback will not be valued

Team members are good. Management is very week. Never get salary on time.

Dislikes

Salary is late each and every month. Expected date of salary credit is 10th of every month but i never get on 10th it will be credited between 14-20th of every month.

Very healthy working environment and culture for the employees, here company try to imply the atmosphere like Infosys and TCS .

Dislikes

Arramton Infotech managements is good, but sometimes employees are trying to take up extra advantages, that is not good for the company Arramton .
