The thing I like in Arpan the most is the culture of Arpan, the people of Arpan and the policies.

As a employee sometimes I feel that a favouritism is going on and we don't get opportunity to express our side

Arpan NGO is working for Child safety. specially for Prevention of children and creating awareness of POCSO law. Also working for creating child safety policy in government as well as private sector. Take child safety trainings with adults people who working with children directly. Also giving healing support to all of them free of cost

Arpan did not give facility of Provident fund

Reason to work with this organisation is we are working on very sensitive issue and I wanted to work on the issue of CSA. And another thing is we have 5days week. Organisation provide training & therapeutic allowance. Gender equality and inclusive job place.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Job security is subjective. Ready to face extreme level of favoritism. Be mindful while presenting your view, and suggestions. Extreme level observation starts and superiors tried hard to pick your single mistake before appraisals. Appraisals are not decent enough. Lack of leadership and excess of bossing. Most of the people get health issues after joining this organisation( based personal experience and observation)

I feel glad to be part of arpan. I was joined in 2019 and my experience is too good. Arpan me hme poori security feel hoti hai, wha ka environment n Baki volunteer's sab Bhut helpful hai. During covid 19 ki situation me arpan ne bhut help ki hai sallary ke through. Hr month hmari sallary aati hai jis se Meri family ki is situation me bhut help hoti hai. Meri sallary se mere ghr ka rent jata hai Jo pehle mere papa ki sallAry se jata that but ab covid 19 ki wjh se unki sallary bhi 50% hi mil pati hai . I really thankful to arpan to help me n my family in this situation thank u so much team Arpan.
