NO Personal life
Late working hours
NO Job Gurantee
No Salary if you given the resignation in advance, forget your salary. In my tenure of 1 year 6 months, 32 employees are left the company because of poor management
...osed to from 9:30am to 6:30pm, but in reality you are expected to stay till 9pm. Despite working extra hours, if you are just late by 10mins they have the audacity to deduct the salary. Even they will ask to come on Sunday which you week off.
Sick leaves practically nonexistent- taking one feels like a crime.
The work culture is toxic. The company owner seems to believe that the employees are nothing more than there (naukar). It feels like prison more than workplace.
... stifling.
Unnecessary feedback sessions waste time and are rarely constructive. Salary payments are irregular, requiring constant follow-ups via email and messages, which feels degrading. Innovation is stifled; new ideas are dismissed without consideration. The lack of support and appreciation contributes to a demoralizing atmosphere, making it clear that employee well-being is not a priority. Overall, Aromatic Garden Essence is a place to avoid if you value your time, mental health, and professional growth.
no, everyh thing is bad foe new customer and employee

I want to show some serious concerns about aromatic garden essecne . this company's unethical practices like using fake followers, creating random employee policies, and the lack of work life balance with strict office hours, has been very disappointing. office timings, and expectation to stay until 8 PM depending on the owner's mood are also sighificant issues.
I urge potential employees to consider these factors carefully before joining the company.
~Very very very toxic management
~Unethical practices (company policies strictly depends on the mood swings of the owner)
~Too much involvement in employees personal life
~Targets are provided on daily basis and extreme pressure will be created to achieve it but no incentive or leads will be provided to the team.
~Hiring is done for in-house sell but forces the employee's to go for event even when they aren’t well.
~owner believes in Lots of politics and divide and rule policy.
~During interview they will find your pain point and keep triggering it till you decide to leave.
~Work life balance is extremely triggered as they expect you to work for 13-14 hours per day. Even if your work is completed you are not allowed to leave and if you dare to leave then you will receive a warning letter from the management.
~Even the sick leaves are not approved.
~Decisions are completely biased and there is no sign of in-house promotion.
