Almost everything. No proper Salary for employees. Poor Management. Unsure of what they want. They want employees to work for free. They Hire freshers as interns and would ask us to learn things on our own. (There won't be any KT sessions as well) Salary is never given on time. They won't be providing any laptops and stuffs like others. They try to motivate freshers but at what cost? i don't have any idea about that. At one point they might ask you to leave the company or work as an intern without salary. Job threat will always be there (Freshers be ready for this)

There is no personal growth. They remove employees anytime saying the don't enough project aur revenue. They have opened academy and ask office employees who have teaching experience to teach them. This is the worst experience I had. They play with people's life.
