Almost everything. No proper Salary for employees. Poor Management. Unsure of what they want. They want employees to work for free. They Hire freshers as interns and would ask us to learn things on our own. (There won't be any KT sessions as well) Salary is never given on time. They won't be providing any laptops and stuffs like others. They try to motivate freshers but at what cost? i don't have any idea about that.
