Many many thanx to Arohan Management to support us in this big pandemic , company give salary in time without any deduct , also gave work from home facility , no stress given about job ,etc...... So finally i want to say Arohan is a best company to work ......

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Exactly , Around all things , Arohan Is best in MFI ,industry for it's , polices, Salary, staff movement but , Some RH always do's as making narrow , policies, divided rules, behave junior's as their house keeper......

Some , RH of doing , unnecessary divided rules among staffs , they behave CSR as their house keeper.....Behave very irrational.............

...anies, because you don't deal with external client, so you can take things easy. Salary is decent if you join IT team. High job security, if you want to stay for years, you can easily do that. That may hamper your salary growth, but you can stick here. There're many people working here for more than 6-7 years, some more than 10-12 years. Company culture is good, atleast what I've faced so far in BI team. Leaves are approved without any issue.

Dislikes

There is no consistency of work. Talking about BI team, data are extremely unorganised. No documentation, no process following, just get the job done any how. You will feel sometimes what you're doing actually. Use of tech like other IT firms is very less, things get done with very primitive approach.
