Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Those who sit at the management level of the company are forced to work on holidays. If the Employees does not want to work on the holiday. He is forced to leave the job by mental torture. If there is leave it is company management level people do not want to give employee. Those who are work in microfinance companies at low level are very poor because they have no means to do anything, they work with so much risk in the field so Companies like this Arohan Financial service begum to crush them..

Atmosphere is very good. Team bonding is very good. Seniors help a lot in case of any problem. There is enough freedom in the office.

I m working from past 3 yrs, here you will get job security, salary on time, policies are a bit strict. Love to work here but in support function there career growth is a bit slow. you r the only person to handle all 30 branches and there issue its a bit challenging but some time frustrating.
