Worst company to work. You will regret badly if u join here. They will hire you and remove you in 3 months without giving any salary stating company doesn't have any revenue.

I liked nothing in this company except the collegue, but still collegues are leaving the company

The work Culture of the company is not Healthy as well as we are not getting paid on time and also get one month delay, have to do overtime for no reason no appreciation is given as well as simply getting yelled by the Boss if he has some bad day he'll yell and doesn't give salary and also has no appreciation. has no security of the job. This company has crediting salary in the EMI method. I and my Collegue didn't receive salary for a month straight. My team lead did not receive salary for 3 months saying she did not perform well although she did a brilliant job monitoring us and handling the client and latter on removed from he company without giving her pay. It is also very hard to Source profiles because the requirements are verry tough. Nothing Fraud Company

Dislikes

Fraudulent practices. Bankrupt they don't have money to pay their employees. Office in their backyard and force females to come to office and work where they don't even have separate washroom for them.

The worst company i have ever seen. They never pay the salary on time. By next month 25th they will pay the previous months half salary. Every month same thing happens saying they are waiting for payment from here and there. No soft corner from the management side even if we are facing health issues or money issues.

Dislikes

Worst management, no proper planning. If you are not getting job and wanted a hike in payment just join here, the payslips will be generated properly but salary won't get credited. They never pay for medical insurance or PF but all deductions will be mentioned in pay slip.

...ning is immense and you can get access to so much of training and certification. Job security is great, management is friendly but the salary is withheld due to not getting money from the client for closing jobs or a lot of other reasons and you will have to wait months together to get it and once you leave the company you will have to run pillar to post as emails and calls are not taken to clear dues.

Dislikes

I hate the fact that the salary is not paid for many months and that the management will withhold salary if jobs are not closed in time or if the clients don't pay in time or if they run out of money. Salary is non negotiable and should be paid as it is a bond between employer and employee. I didn't get paid for so many months and then was paid only half of February salary in May. This is terrible especially if you have commitments and bills to pay and mouths to feed when my parents are old.
