Company policies are worst..they cut bonus from employee salary and give the same bonus after 1.5 yrs once joined. Worst part is company policies are shared to employee after employee joins the company...if employee leaves the company before 1 year then employee dont get the bonus which was cut from his own salary.. neither employee gets the experience letter.....gavkhati karbhar he sab.... biggest problem is company dont have HR...

... only if you work as they want. Training here is good. Career growth is average. Salary and appraisal are very much mysterious. Location is very good.
