Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend the technical issue,sometimes late into the night. Management do not value the an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to back my suggestion most of time.

The Adoc basis were the teachers are paid only for 11 months and have to sit for interview every year as a new joiner

According to my opinion the work place of Army Public School is having good environment and job security is average due to they takes enrollment on temporary/contract basis only, hence security of job is very low.
