The Adoc basis were the teachers are paid only for 11 months and have to sit for interview every year as a new joiner

...ficult to get permanent...the teachers are either on Ad-hoc or contract basis...no increment in salary...every year.Its the worse management.No job security or any kind of respect for the number of years of experience.Its the WORSE MANGEMENT....I have ever worked.

Management is the worse they don't address issues teachers are facing...nor recognise good teachers.Management wants to satisfy their ego...for that they don't care for teachers.

Displine wise it's good.job security policy is not very good career growth is good salary is good appraisal is must but not given to activity departments political is not involved it's good overall is army school experience is best in India

Training is good and job security is poor career growth is average learning work environments is good life balance is not very good almost is average

Learnt the punctuality; Discipline & professionalism. Communication skill improved.

Colleagues are always cooperatives. Career growth is limited. Salary is not at all satisfactory. In fact teachers not even got their PF; Gratuity and Medical allowance; Travel allowance

...n class.Working environment was good because supporting colleague's were there . Salary in APS is good we also got DA HRA .
