Salary and appraisal is good, a fresher gets good exposure and opportunities to learn and develop skill. Work culture in the school and work life balance is above average as compared to the private schools.There is transparency in the deduction of PF, Salary and leave facilities.Training part is surely one of the best and faculty gets the opportunity to work using latest technology. I am glad that I am a part of the team and my work has been recognised and appreciated.

Selection procedure is not upto the mark as inspite of rigourous interviews and a number of written tests, not much emphasis is given on the communication skills of the freshers, classroom teaching and its effectiveness, as a result the freshers who join are not able to impart quality education to the children. Orientation of the teachers is another aspect which needs to be taken care of as new teachers often are not familiar with Army school's culture. There is less transparency in time table schedules.

Everything is disastrous at APS Mhow, one will kill his/her personal life if joins there. Teaching staff also not supportive, few of the teachers will eat your job too. I suggest don't join APS Mhow at any cost.

It is one of the best fastest growing school in India .The work environment of the school is very good. Your organization is the good platform where I can learn more.

On time salary, Good work-life balance, only day shift, salary increment. Safe and good work environment.

Politics, unnecessary workload, no systematic scheme for task completion, if any work can be done in simple way then still that work will be completed in a complex way, just because of unplanned tactics.
