They don't pay on time. Deduct salary without reason or with some nonsense reason. It's been 9 months since left the job and there's been no payment for the last working month, nobody is responding when contacted for the salary. They make changes in working now and then and they don't even inform about the changes made. It's difficult to cope with. Mental torture, they don't do any meetings, ask about how's it going on, any problems we are facing, no appreciation nothing. All they want is to reach the target on daily basis even tho there is no data to work on. They don't listen to us or ask us about anything. No appraisal no appreciation. Because of the company's behavior customers are also irritated and yell at us doctors. There's no job security. They remove you from the job overnight without even informing you. There's so much more to write, just a waste of time and energy. One thing I am grateful for is the working opportunities im getting after surviving there.

Lots of lots dislikes is there salary didn't come on time and if you work for notice period that salary also not credited if you ask about that they didn't reply nothing.company full of politics and not at all single opportunity to get promoted and the salary is very low they only offer 13k for everyone including experienced persons also

Decent and good atmosphere inside the floor...very helpful and friendly management & on time salary on the date.... first hire the employee for the follow up from them. Because each and every time you will get a new executive and you have to narrate the whole story again and again... So you can prefer armsoft without any doubt.... thankyou armsoft
