I really like the CEO, who can understand everything when we have any technical issue or any other issue. And he is also a developer in his past, so it's very easy for us to communicate with him and fellow team members as well. And mainly he didn't rush anyone on the team and give us proper ways to achieve things in time.

My experience with Ariumsoft has been really smooth and joyful so far with respect to culture ,work life balance and compensation as well The management and other colleagues here are very supportive ,friendly and mainly caring, In many service based giants employees are treated like a resource and not given the due dignity like an individual i worked for many companies for 5+ years ,and the difference in culture is night and day All in all a gem of a company to work in.

No dislikes till now as management and CEO takes cares of all the issues proactively with care

Ariumsoft will give you good experience in work and this is the best platform for me to grow up my skills and to learn new technologies.

I guess there are no dislikes here because of teams, work culture, career growth and all are going fine.

In Ariumsoft we have nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.
