He always support Me and appreciate My Loyalty, My Work Hard and My Progress and Dedication. (2) The Company - Ae-Research is a good platform for all, especially for freshers and underskill people, who are looking for good opportunity, good start ups and want to grow continuously in terms of financially and knowledge. (3) Friendly Environment - Mr. Paritosh Mehta is nice and frank employer, who always concern about their employees and their environment. He is very familiar with their employees without any discrimination, that is why employees easily focused on their work happily and learn new things, face and win challenges, freshers and underskill people also develop their knowledge/skills and enhance it, whether it is Technical, Professional, or Personal.

Dislikes

Nothing is dislike which is I do not need to share on this platform publicly. Everywhere/Everyone has both negative and positive sides. And here is too, but doesn't meant that, I will tell or give wrong messages in front of any people or platform. But I tell through this forum one thing which I dislike about My Boss Mr. Paritosh Mehta, which is that, My Boss Mr. Paritosh Mehta (Perry) sometimes gets angry/arrogant and than he ignore their employees hard work, dedication and loyalty (sometime, not always). But this is not a big deal to deal with this worst situation, if you are very calm person and/or you have a great tolerance power 😁, Or if you are impudent/pragmatic or you are focus - oriented person.
