Nothing is dislike which is I do not need to share on this platform publicly. Everywhere/Everyone has both negative and positive sides. And here is too, but doesn't meant that, I will tell or give wrong messages in front of any people or platform. But I tell through this forum one thing which I dislike about My Boss Mr. Paritosh Mehta, which is that, My Boss Mr. Paritosh Mehta (Perry) sometimes gets angry/arrogant and than he ignore their employees hard work, dedication and loyalty (sometime, not always). I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
