100% fake sale pushing stocks fake base just to do that target huge adjustment part you will lose your whole salary in adjustment, no future in this company

Good work environment and Senior Manager are very supportive. Company giving salary on time to time specially in pandemic situation. They're are very caring people for employees. Company policies are very transparent and supporting.

Dislikes

Salary is average and career growth is very slow. Need to improve the technical part also. Training for sales field force is not regular and effective. Need to improve reporting part, inputs and educational programs for the sales team members.

There was a very good working atmosphere and seriously there was hardly anything to dislike except our salary part which was not upto the situation.

...company is familiar.work culture of organisation is very good. So job is secure. Salary is not upto the mark, but so so. Some where issue is politicise. People can learn a lot within the organisation and can develop themselves to the level next.

8 hours job, no need to stay extra for overtime, you can enjoy your personal life

Not much to learn, ok for freshers. They don't give much hike or increment on salary. Please don't join ADL. The worst department in Aristo.
