As we talked about whole group Arise IIP it is a good organization. There is great scope for Finance and Marketing guys.

Dislikes

...r this company it worst there no define police for manufacturing/Technical guys. They can change employee benefits and salary any time of the year they can reduce your salary. Increments in salary is very rare, if you are lucky they you can get once in 3 years. Long story short this company is not good for technical team

They don’t value your time or efforts, no sense of how to talk to an employee, everyday will make you do overtime even make you work on weekends too but never pay for those extra hours, no work culture and very toxic & depressing environment, they also don’t give appraisal by stating stupid reasons such as you don’t interact enough with your colleagues like means what do they need us for work or entertainment? Very selfish company and not worthy at all. Very negligences are there in administrative and HR part too. No work from home policies too always gonna ask you personal reasons why you need a leave. Even interfere too much into an employee’s personal life.

There is nothing to like except salary.., which is comparatively higher than Indian, as resulted people are going there.

Dislikes

There is no job security.. they can ask to put resignation anytime .. if company does not perform. They will not count your contribution and hard work at that time.
