Good work environment we have tried to create as giving flexibility to the employees.. We don't pressure our employees only we want to work in a time frame

As I was fresher it was a base for me to know how the company runs from the start. It was very easy to adopt that environment by because the staffs helped us a lot.

Dislikes

Timing is one of factors I was not able to continue. I was not able to adjust on food also.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
