Worst mentality of Sr. Hr Aasish Saklani and Sr. Manager Jyoti Vardhan they judge me and my performance in just 18 days and don't even pay for that 18 days also. They just want to grow their company by using this method of Hire and fire within one month.

Salary hike issue, Their Salary budget for 2 year experience less than 38k/month. The company thinks that their office culture will pay off the employee expense. They don't care about ur time.

-Salary hike issue . -If incase you have problem with coding you have to manage by yourself. -If any urgent task come at the end of the day then you have to complete it .
