...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. Multiples projects and processes, so you'll never get bored doing the same thing. 2. Leads, HR, Managers are really knowledgeable and helpful. 3. If you want work from home job then it is really good.

1. Now what will demotivate you is the salary. Either they do not get enough project or they keep a huge portion of the profit to themselves. 2. Lack of organized payroll system. 3. Salary will be extremely less (project specific, depends upon which project you're working for)

... even not arranging something for free, they even charge for broadband facility. They don't have any bonus and salary hiking.

Work environment is not so cooperative, their are so much politics. And all the things I dislike is already mentioned in the above question.
