It was great experience with arcon our team was good i learnt new things with them.Good work environment and culture.but need to more improve in company policies, appraisal, salary hike and bonus.

No proper police for employe benifit.managment doesn't address our issues.salary growth is slow.

Only first salary hike is good No proper working standards followed in the company Hr are not cooperative Hr do not respond your mails and have weird clauses while leaving companies.

1)I Like to have No Job Security here. 2)They Bring 3 Freshers as your replacement before Hike cycle to blackmail you. 3)You get good exposure related to politics.

...s delayed. 3) Politics is a major portion done by HR and Team Leads and manager. 4)They will offer you better package at the end of your Notice period and will trap you.

The appraisal process and salary increments are unsatisfactory, with internal politics between the TL, Manager, and HR. They prioritize their own benefits over valuing employees.

Better not to go here in greed of salary it's a trap

I would highly recommend not to go here better to just take offer and get better counter somewhere else. HR is god and they can come up with new policy anytime they want. No growth opportunity. Boss of the company wants you to always be available also dont go on leave not even sick leave.
