Disadvantage for women, i didn't receive maternity leave once they found of about your pregnancy management will ask you to resign saying all stupid stuff and management are not supportive

It is career growth company, i loved to be a part of Archents. The company supports in gaining knowledge which improves to our future, and also have activities to entertain for employees. Lastly our ceo kishore is rocking and nice person😊 always supports and friendly.

They give preference to their relatives and partiality is the main draw back here. Best for freshers and there is no good opportunities for experienced candidates and no growth at all.
