Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

One of Most Poor Company of India. I worked here for one Year but they terminated me suddenly with out any specific reason even they forced me give resign else we will not pay salary. After that they have not payed me my settlement.

... said they call me to come office they give me Resign leter & Said to sign here. When i asked for satelment they said Give us Regign letter after that we will pay you. Even i have given Regen they didn't pay my settelment.
