A small team of 4 to 6 architects work in this firm. So they get exposure and responsibility of tip to toe of the projects and are involved in all the stages from conceptual to execution irrespective of experience.

Job security - Excellent

The pace at which you learn newer things or take up newer projects is slow. The appraisal policy is extremely slow. You might end up spending a lot of unproductive days, which might not give you the work satisfaction, you expect.
